Premium Jyotish Report: terms

What you are buying

The Premium Jyotish Report: a personalised Vedic astrology report prepared by the AstroVeena Jyotish team from the birth details you submit, including written answers to up to three questions you ask when you order. It is prepared by people, not generated automatically, and it is different from the free reports on astroveena.com. The price is ₹999, shown in full before you pay.

Delivery

We deliver the report within two working days of your payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, in India time (IST). The report is due by 23:59 IST on the second working day after the day you pay: for example, a payment on Monday is due by Wednesday night, and a payment on Friday, Saturday or Sunday is due by Tuesday night. We email the report to the address on your account and keep it in your account, where you can download it again.

Changing your mind

For five hours after your payment is confirmed you can edit your birth details and questions, or cancel for a full refund. To cancel, use the Cancel button on your order page, or email our cancellation address with your order number. An email counts from the time it reaches our inbox, even if we read it later. Work on your report starts only after the five hours have passed.

After the five hours, and once a report has been prepared and delivered, we cannot give a refund because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if something goes wrong on our side, for example if you were charged twice (email our support address and we will refund the extra payment), if we do not deliver, or if we send you a report meant for someone else.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually take five to seven working days to show them.

Your details and other people's

If you order a report for someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to share their birth details with us. You must be 18 or older to order. A report for someone under 18 can only be ordered by their parent or legal guardian.

Your reports, the details you sent and your payment history stay in your account for as long as you keep it. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page. When you delete your account we remove your personal details and reports and keep only the payment records the law requires, without your name or birth details.
